Overview

This position is for a Corporate Travel and Expense Specialist. We are a high-growth company that commands creative thinking.  If you are looking to continue your career in the technology industry, are full of energy, like working in a fluid and fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail, then we should speak.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Own the expense reporting process from new hire setup to posting and reconciliation.
  • Maintain the Travel/Expense report Policies
  • Maintain corporate credit card reconciliations
  • Provide support with sales tax returns (HST, VAT, SUT, etc…)
  • Other tasks as needed


Required Skills:

  • Basic accounting knowledge, A/P preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
  • High attention to accuracy and detail in working processes and reports.
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Friendly and able to work with staff across all departments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Desired Skills:

  • Previous exposure to multi-currency transactions.
  • Knowledge of Great Plains is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Concur is preferred.
